The best way to enjoy and get more chance to take picture if in early morning, we did made it by 8am in the morning and its absolutely nice and fresh air.

ขากลับให้นั่งรถบัสที่หน้าป้ายรถเมล์บิ๊กบัสมีสายเดียวคือ 15C จ่ายเงินด้วยบัตร Octopus card รถบัสจะวนไปส่งเราที่ท่าเรือสตาร์เฟอร์รี่ เราสามารถนั่งเรือกลับมาฝั่งมงก๊ก ซิมซาจุ่ย ได้เลย
We purchase ticket at the counter. This is my 2nd visit so I feel difference when I went on afternoon and early morning. There is no Queuing at all in early morning.

Via Boat From Star Ferry Pier (Kaoloon side) Pier No. 7 >>> to Star Ferry Pier Hong Kong side and take bus No. 15C from Central Pier its will take you 10 min (3 stops until you reach Peak Tram)
